All sales of the products on the Good Food Pop Up Shop go directly to the crafter.
The Good Food Pop Up Shop is a third-party marketplace, so each product you ordered is being shipped individually from the crafter. Due to this, you will receive each product in your order separately.
Each crafter will ship your product within three business days. Shipping times vary based on the carrier used. If your product does not arrive within 2 weeks of your order date, please contact connect@goodfoodfdn.org.
Yes, the cost of shipping is built into the price of each product.
You should receive tracking information from each crafter you purchased a product from, however, if you do not, please contact connect@goodfoodfdn.org if you do not receive your product within 2 weeks.
If you have not received your product within 2 weeks, please email connect@goodfoodfdn.org and we will connect you with the crafter.
