Wonderful creamy sweet Hawaiian style fruit butter made with Big Island Waipi’o Valley naturally grown taro, fresh processed into a traditional Poi, (a Super Food), cooked with coconut milk, organic cane sugar, organic eggs, and organic butter. If you love Kūlolo, you’ll love this spread. Always made in small batches fresh daily with aloha.

Makana Oliveros, the lead cook and kitchen manager, developed the recipe and personally selected Kathy Long’s artwork for the label, showing a strong proud young Hawaiian man, knowing the physical and tough nature of growing wetland taro.

Sweet tart preserve made with our farm’s fresh Tahitian limes, Hawaiian grown fresh ginger, organic cane sugar, and GMO-ree citrus pectin. Fabulous on shrimp, fish, or chicken as a glaze. (“Think Tequila Shrimp”). Whisk and use as a simple syrup for drinks or cocktails, and of course wonderful on your toast or English muffin.

Sweet tart spicy smokey preserve, made with passion fruit, slow smoked local Kiawe wood island pineapple, Hawaiian peppers, organic cane sugar, and GMO-free citrus pectin. Fabulous glaze or sauce on meats, pork, beef, or chicken. Delicious on brie or cream cheese. Call it the “Lazy Chef’s Smoked Meat” — you don’t have to smoke anything, we already did!
